Roles & Responsibility of HR Executive / HR Generalist
Employee Life Cycle Management (On boarding Process)
Should possess good knowledge of end to end employee life cycle management
Ensure timely and accurate completion of processes.
Collate, analyze and report any Non – compliance observations to management related to processes and take corrective measures as required.
HR Generalist, responsible for efficient processing of Employee On-boarding operations
HR Trainee accountable for identifying and fixing process gaps, which include reduction of process time, etc.
HR Generalist adherence to Quality, accuracy & TAT of processes, render service within agreed SLAs and timeliness.
HR Trainee should be capable of managing huge volumes
HR Executive should be multi-tasking
Preparations and publishing of MIS / Dashboard.
HR Executive with good end to end knowledge of HR operations and its impact in employees life cycle
HR Generalist will be regular follow up with various stakeholders like Regional HR, Branch Head, etc to ensure deadlines are met and timely updation of all relevant trackers/reports to ensure adherence to timelines
HR Executive will entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records
Monitoring and maintenance of overall HR information and documents of employees.
HR Trainee will be working closely with HR Operations Manager by supporting in creation of monthly dashboards for HR operation activities, creating analysis, reports and presentations to showcase success and work in progress of operation activities
